INTRODUCTION

We respect individual privacy rights and the protection of personal information. We understand the importance of protecting your personal information, and we want every customer experience to be secure. In keeping with this goal, we have developed this policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

For purposes of this policy, "personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, including, for example, height, date of birth, name, address, telephone number, social security number, gender, income and marital status. We will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with this Policy or the laws that apply to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information ("Applicable Privacy Laws").

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who is responsible for our compliance with this Policy. Information on how to contact the Data Protection Officer is set out below.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect two types of information through our website: personal information and non-personal information. The types of information we collect depend on the nature of your interaction with us.

Personal Information: We may collect personal information, such as :

Contact Information - e.g., your name and email address; Personal Preferences - e.g., language preferences and marketing consent; and Profile Information - e.g., photos you upload and other information you provide in your personal or business profile.

Non-Personal Data: Non-personal data does not identify you as an individual. Examples where it does not identify you as an individual:

We may collect certain non-personal information when you visit our website, such as the type of browser you use or the referring URL; or we may collect and aggregate customer information in aggregate, non-personal form for statistical and research purposes.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use your personal information for a variety of business purposes, such as to:

Provide customer support to answer your questions or complaints; conduct surveys to improve our services; notify you of changes to our services or new services we may introduce from time to time; measure and improve the effectiveness of our website or marketing efforts; detect and prevent fraud and errors; track and analyse your preferences to better understand your service needs and eligibility; and for other purposes described in this Policy.

We limit the personal information we collect and use to what is necessary to achieve our business objectives. We will not collect, sell, distribute, or otherwise use your personal information without your consent as required by law or as permitted by applicable privacy laws.

YOUR CONSENT: We will only collect, use or disclose your personal information with your knowledge and consent, except as required or permitted by applicable privacy laws. If you choose to provide us with your personal information, you consent to the use of your personal information as described in this policy and as it may be described at the time of collection.

Explicit Consent: At times, you may be asked to provide your express consent to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information - for example, by checking a box to indicate your consent to receive marketing communications.

Implied Consent: At other times, you may give your implied consent to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information if we reasonably believe that you gave your consent by an action you took or an action you chose not to take. Generally, this is the case when the purposes for which your personal information will be used are reasonably obvious to you - for example, when you provide us with personal information through forms, you give us your implied consent to use that information.

Withdrawal of consent: You can inform us at any time that you wish to withdraw or change your consent to the use and disclosure of your personal data. We will respond to your request subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

THE INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT DIRECTLY FROM YOU

The following are additional examples of how we collect personal information directly from you and how we use it:

Follow-ups and Surveys: From time to time, we may send you a follow-up letter to thank you for using the Site or contact you to make sure you are completely satisfied. We may use contact information collected online to occasionally conduct surveys and other customer research. These surveys are completely voluntary and you can easily decline to participate.

Our website: Our website can be viewed anonymously. However, in order to use certain special features or functions of our website, you may be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your email address or other information. We use this information to create your account, communicate and correspond with you about your account, respond to your inquiries, and monitor the features of our website that you select.

Customer Support Center: We operate an electronic customer support center to receive and respond to your questions, concerns or complaints. When you contact our customer support center, we may ask you for personal information to help us respond to your inquiry or verify your identity. For example, if you need to make changes to your account, we may ask for personal information to verify that you are the account owner. We may also monitor or record your online or telephone conversations with our customer service representatives for training purposes and to ensure quality of service.
